Helen is an award winning writer and director from the UK. Her macabre WWII short, Delicacy (2014), has enjoyed international festival success, winning five awards and earning nine nominations. Amongst the wins were THE ROYAL TELEVISION SOCIETY North West's Best Student Drama 2015, and Best Cinematography at THE US HOLLYWOOD INTERNATIONAL Film Festival 2015.

Helen’s appreciation of film developed at an early age with a near obsession for films such as Carole Reed’s Oliver! (1968), Rocky (1976), and Back to the Future (1985). She earned her First Class BA Honours in Film and TV Production at The Manchester Film School, where she trained in single camera drama. With a great passion for narrative stories, Helen consistently delivers work of high production value, strong performances, and gripping plots.

With ENDS MEAT nearing completion, Helen is developing a feature screenplay as well as looking to take on other independent projects.

A creative individual with skills in Video Production and Photography, Craig studied Film and TV Production where he gained the necessary expertise to produce high quality professional work. Craig has taught himself from a young age how to produce a variety of content, from VFX, Photography, Games, and Animation. He finally chose to focus on Film Production as it was his main interest, and has never looked back since. Now based in Manchester, he works across the UK creating content, collaborating with a wide variety of talented people and companies.

Having spent an embarrassment of years serving on the industry frontline as a video store clerk with screenwriter aspirations (as all video store clerks did), Kris Heys eventually found a more useful outlet for his passions working as a Writer and Editor for the long-running UK film/TV magazine, STARBURST. Following Script and Story Editor duties on a number of film projects, Ends Meat (2017) is his first produced screenplay, with several more currently in development.

Graham is a musician and composer from Manchester, England. His first collaboration with Helen was on the award winning short film, Delicacy (2014), for which he composed the original score. Graham specialises in acoustic or synthesizer led compositions, with a heavy influence from the music of John Carpenter. His preferred genres to work in are horror and science fiction, but can adapt to any. Ends Meat (2017) will mark his third collaboration with Helen.

Born and bred in Manchester, UK. Jordan Michael Royce began a lifelong devotion to films and the arts at the age of four, when he began devouring anything remotely sci-fi or fantasy that he could watch or read, including the world’s longest running genre publication – STARBURST Magazine.

After graduating in Law at Manchester University, and a period representing princes, paupers,  and clowns, Mike Royce decided to turn away from the legal profession in order to form the world’s first cult television and movie themed bar – Fab Cafe. The first venue for Fab Cafe was destroyed by the Manchester IRA Bomb of 1996, days before it was due to open (the unlucky chap actually discovered it had been destroyed by watching it on the news!). Uninsured but undeterred the Fab Cafe finally opened at it’s iconic Portland Street location in Manchester in 1998. It quickly became a venue for movie and tv stars to hold events, and lead to a second Fab Cafe opening in Leeds. This was swiftly followed by the turbo-nutter, rock and live music venue, Satan’s Hollow, and the kitsch music temple formerly owned by Man Utd footballer George Best - The Tiger Lounge. Mike Royce had ended up with an alternative music driven Leisure Company stretching across two cities almost by accident.

The next step was almost inevitable. Mike Royce bought STARBURST Magazine, the mag that he read almost as a bible whilst growing up. He took over as Editor with a mission to restore the mag to full international distribution (happily managing this within a year of taking over). Mike Royce then began his career in radio when Paul Ripley invited him to do a Starburst Radio Show. Seeing it as an opportunity to bring the magazine content to life in a new and interesting way, he accepted, and then after a few years they both left Manchester Radio to form Fab Radio International.

Since 2011 Mike Royce has been the Editor of STARBURST Magazine, hosts the weekly, award winning STARBURST Radio Show (now available as a Top Ten iTunes Podcast). He is still partnered up with Paul Ripley in the innovative Fab Radio International, still owns and operates his Leisure Company, and also co-hosts The Mancunian Candidates political show on the Florida based Rhino WSPF-DB Radio Stati on.
